- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 100g kale, lightly steamed
- 450ml coconut water
- 2 tbsp wheatgrass (or milled flaxseed)
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- a few ice cubes
- Place the blackcurrants, avocado, apple and kale in a blender with the coconut water & honey.
- Whizz until smooth and serve in glasses.
- Serve with a slice of apple and a dusting of wheatgrass if you so wish
